Agriscience

 Course Description:

Agriscience is a semester long overview course that will touch on the many different aspects of agriculture and agriculturally related careers.

Course Topics:

Introduction to Agriscience

Introduction to soil and range judging

Introduction to animal science

Introduction to plant science

Introduction to crop production

Introduction to aquaculture

Introduction to natural resources and conservation

Introduction to horticulture

Introduction to the National FFA Organization

Expectations:

Students in Agriscience will be expected to complete all course assignments on time and with at least a 73% average.  Students will also be expected to come to class prepared and ready to work.
