Wildlife and Fisheries

Course Description:

Wildlife and Fisheries is a semester long overview course that will touch on the biological and environmental issues related to wildlife and fisheries management within our state.

 

 

Course Topics:

Principles of Zoology

Principles of Ecology

Biomes

Our Wildlife Resources

Zoology and Ecology of Mammals

Zoology and Ecology of Birds

Zoology and Ecology of Fish, Reptiles, and Amphibians

 

Expectations:

Students in Wildlife and Fisheries will be expected to complete all course assignments on time and with at least a 73% average.  Students will also be expected to come to class prepared and ready to work.

Fish and Wildlife: Principles of Zoology and Ecology- 3rd Edition
